No. Each engagement is a one-time piece of work with a published scope and a fixed fee. Nothing renews automatically and there is no minimum term.
You receive an order confirmation with your order number, and a short technical brief becomes available in your dashboard. Once the brief and the listed access are in place, kickoff follows within 3 working days.
Yes. Work is delivered into your own repositories, cloud accounts and tools, and follows your review and release process.
Tell us before kickoff and the full amount is refunded. After kickoff, the refund depends on how far the work has progressed, as set out in the Refunds & Cancellation policy.
Yes. Prices include 18% GST. The amount shown at checkout is the amount charged, and the GST component is shown separately on the order.
