01 Overview

Watching five people use a product uncovers most of its serious problems. We recruit participants who resemble your audience, give them realistic tasks in your live product and watch without intervening. What they struggle with is rarely what the team predicted. Findings are ranked by how many participants ran into each one and how badly it stopped them, and every finding has a video clip to show a colleague who remains unconvinced.
