LAB The Lab

Technology work, written down before it is sold.

CorePhysix Labs takes software, cloud, data and security work that follows a recognisable shape, defines it as an engagement and publishes its scope and fee where anyone can read them. This page explains how that works, and what you can hold us to.

01 Lab notebook

Six positions the lab works from.

Each one shapes how an engagement is written, sold and delivered — and each points to a page where you can check it.

  1. A fee should be readable without a meeting.

Every engagement carries its fee on the page, in rupees, with GST already inside it. You can compare, budget and approve work without asking anyone for a number.

    Check the catalogue
  2. Scope is a document, not a conversation.

Deliverables, process stages, duration and the inputs we need are written on the engagement page before you order. What is listed is what the engagement covers.

    Read an engagement page
  3. The client keeps the keys.

Work is delivered into repositories, cloud accounts and tools that belong to you. Nothing needs to be moved out of our name when the engagement ends.

    Delivery & Handover
  4. Commitments should be small and finished.

An engagement is bought once and ends at handover. There is no retainer, no minimum term and nothing that renews on its own.

    Terms of Service
  5. Changing your mind early should cost nothing.

Cancel before kickoff and the full amount is refunded. After kickoff, the refund follows the stage the work has reached, as the policy sets out.

    Refunds & Cancellation
  6. “None of these fit” is a valid answer.

If a problem does not match a listed engagement, describe it. The reply names the engagement that fits, or says plainly that none does.

02 Method

Specify first. Price second. Build third.

The order matters. A fee set before the work is written down is a guess, and a scope agreed after payment is a negotiation.

M·01

Recognise the pattern

A cloud landing zone, an end-to-end test suite, an access review: much technology work repeats in shape. The lab starts from work that repeats.

A candidate engagement

M·02

Write the specification

Overview, deliverables, process stages, required inputs and working days are written down before anything is listed.

An engagement page

M·03

Fix the fee

One amount in INR, GST included, published on the engagement page before anyone orders.

A published price

M·04

Deliver against the page

Once the brief and listed access are in place, kickoff follows within 3 working days. Work is handed over into your own systems.

Handover as listed

When nothing fits

Some problems do not match a listed engagement. For those the method starts one step earlier: a short advisory session, or a written description of the problem sent through the contact form.

03 Anatomy

How we define an engagement.

Every engagement page is built from the same six parts. Below is a live one, reduced to its structure and annotated.

Key

  1. Part A: Scope

    On the page · Overview

States the problem the engagement addresses and where its boundary sits. Work that is not described here is not part of it.

  2. Part B: Deliverables

    On the page · Deliverables

A numbered list of what exists at handover — code, configuration, documents, designs. Delivery is checked against this list.

  3. Part C: Process

    On the page · Process

The stages the work runs through, in order, so you know what happens between kickoff and handover.

  4. Part D: Duration

    On the page · Duration

Working days, counted once your brief and the listed inputs arrive. Kickoff follows within 3 working days.

  5. Part E: Inputs

On the page · What we need from you

Access, files and decisions the work depends on. You provide them through the technical brief in your dashboard after payment.

  6. Part F: Fee

On the page · Fixed fee · GST included

One amount in INR with 18% GST included. The total at checkout is the total charged, paid by UPI through a licensed gateway.

04 Working commitments

What is true of every order.

These describe how the platform works today, not an ambition. Each one is backed by a page you can read before paying.

Fees are published

Every engagement shows its fee in INR with 18% GST included. The total at checkout is the total charged.

Terms, privacy, delivery and refund policies are published alongside a grievance redressal process. Governed by the laws of India.

A closing note

If the work can be specified, it can be priced in the open. If it cannot, we will tell you rather than guess.

The catalogue is where to start: 52 engagements across 9 practices, each with its scope, duration and fee on the page.

For anything the catalogue does not answer, the answers page and the published policies cover payment, delivery, refunds and grievances in detail.
