A·01Engagements & scope
6 answers
A defined piece of technology work sold at a fixed fee. Its page lists an overview of the scope, the deliverables, the process it follows, the duration in working days and what we need from you — all before you order.
No. An engagement is bought once and ends at handover. There is no retainer, no minimum term and nothing renews automatically.
Start with the practice closest to the problem, then compare engagements by deliverables, duration and fee. If you are still unsure, a short advisory session (from ₹100) or a message through the contact page is the quickest way to decide.
Describe the problem on the contact page. We reply by email with the engagement that fits, or tell you plainly that none does.
No. An engagement covers what its page lists. Anything beyond that is separate work, agreed in writing before it starts.
It repeats the same scope — for example, a second environment or a second service. It does not enlarge a single engagement.
A·02Ordering & payment

Yes. Every fee includes 18% GST. The total at checkout is the total charged, and the GST component is shown in your scope basket before you pay.
By UPI, through a licensed payment gateway. Card, bank and UPI details are handled by the gateway and never reach us.
No. You can check out as a guest or with an account. An account gives you a client dashboard with your orders, purchased services, technical briefs and profile. Orders are matched by email, so an account created later with the same address shows earlier orders too.
Yes. Add them to your scope basket and pay once. Each engagement keeps its own scope, deliverables and duration.
If you have a valid code, enter it at checkout. The reduced total is shown before you pay.
Write to us through the contact page with the order number and the UPI reference, and we check it against the gateway record. The Refunds & Cancellation policy covers failed and duplicate payments.
A·03Kickoff & delivery

You receive an order confirmation with your order number. A technical brief is then available on the order in your client dashboard. Once the brief and the access the engagement lists are in place, kickoff follows within 3 working days.
From the point your brief and the listed inputs arrive, not from the payment date. The Delivery & Handover policy explains how waiting on access or information affects dates.
Digitally. Deliverables go into repositories, cloud accounts and tools you own, and documents are shared with you. Nothing is shipped and there is no delivery charge.
Open it in your dashboard, or use Track an order with your order number.
Yes — one revision round per engagement. It refines what was delivered against the listed scope; it is not a way to change the brief. The Delivery & Handover policy sets out the window.
Yes. Because the work lands in your own repositories and tools, it can follow your existing review and release process.
A·04Cancellations & refunds
5 answers
Yes. Cancel before kickoff and the full amount is refunded.
The refund depends on the stage the work has reached. The stages, and what is refunded at each, are set out in the Refunds & Cancellation policy.
To the original payment method. Processing timelines are listed in the refund policy.
The Delivery & Handover and Refunds & Cancellation policies set out what happens when a stated date is missed, including when a refund applies.
Use the grievance redressal process. It explains how to escalate and the timelines for acknowledgement and resolution.
A·05Ownership, access & data
5 answers
Work is delivered into systems in your name, and repositories, cloud accounts and licences stay yours. How rights in the deliverables pass to you is set out in the Terms of Service.
Each engagement lists the access it needs. You grant it through your own accounts, so you stay in control throughout and can revoke it once the work is handed over.
Payments are processed by a licensed gateway; card, bank and UPI details never reach us. How other personal data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
Not without your written permission. This site carries no client names, logos or testimonials.
The Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India.
