01 Overview

Monitoring usually fails in one of two ways: there are no alerts at all, or there are so many that the channel gets muted. We set up monitoring that avoids both. Uptime is checked from several locations, errors and latency are measured against thresholds drawn from your real traffic, and alerts are routed by severity so a warning goes to a channel while a genuine outage rings a phone. Dashboards show the handful of numbers that indicate health, and every alert we configure is one worth being woken for.
