01 Overview

One hour is enough to work through a real architecture problem when the preparation happens beforehand. You share diagrams, repository access or a written description, and we review it before the call instead of reacting live. The hour then goes on the decision itself, whether that is splitting a monolith, the scaling limit you can see coming, or whether a platform you are evaluating fits. Afterwards you receive the recording and written notes with a recommendation.
